Mike Wichterich – President – Mr. Wichterich has been in the oil and gas business for 23 years. He founded the first Three Rivers entity in 2010. Prior to starting Three Rivers, Mr. Wichterich served as Chief Financial Officer of Texas American Resources, which operated wells throughout Texas, Colorado and Wyoming. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Mariner Energy Inc. He spent seven years with Mariner gaining experience at both offshore Gulf of Mexico and West Texas projects. Prior to that, Mr. Wichterich spent nine years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in its energy auditing practices leading engagements with Unocal Oil and Gas, Vastar Resources, Cabot Oil and Gas Resources, and Hilcorp Energy. Mr. Wichterich is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and is a graduate of the University of Texas.

Drew Pinzur – Chief Financial Officer – Mr. Pinzur has been with Three Rivers Operating Company since 2012.  Mr. Pinzur served as Manager of Finance for Three Rivers II from August 2012 to January 2015.  Prior to joining Three Rivers, he served as the Vice President of Finance at Texas American Resources Company from 2006 to 2012.  He has approximately 12 years of experience in the finance sector, including holding various positions at Jane Street Capital and Jefferies & Company from 2003 to 2006.  Mr. Pinzur holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

John Oberg – Vice President of Business Development – Mr. Oberg joined Three Rivers Operating Company in September 2012. Mr. Oberg served as Manager of Business Development for Three Rivers II from September 2012 to January 2015. Prior to joining Three Rivers, Mr. Oberg was an investment professional at Riverstone Holdings, where he was involved in the execution and monitoring of investments in the energy sector with a focus on exploration and production. Previously, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at J.P. Morgan in the Natural Resources group. Mr. Oberg graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Business Honors and Finance.

William Hasler – Vice President of Geology – Mr. Hasler has been with Three Rivers Operating Company since 2011. He served as Senior Geologist during Three Rivers I and II, primarily focusing on development, exploration, and operations geology in the Midland Basin and Eastern Shelf, as well as the Delaware Basin. Prior to joining Three Rivers, Mr. Hasler served as a Geologist with XTO Energy where he worked the Permian Basin, focusing on the Central Basin Platform. Mr. Hasler holds a B.S. in Geology from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a M.S. in Geology from Texas Christian University.

David Goodman – Vice President of Land – Mr. Goodman has been with the Three Rivers team since August of 2012. Serving as a Senior Landman during Three Rivers II, he was primarily focused on rig schedule management. Prior to joining Three Rivers, Mr. Goodman spent four years working at XTO Energy as a Senior Landman on the Permian Basin team. Previously, he worked for Occidental Petroleum as a Landman Negotiator, spending two years working on their Permian Basin team and one year in Bakersfield, California, where he helped manage their Ventura Basin assets. Mr. Goodman graduated from Texas Tech University with degrees in Petroleum Land Management and Marketing.

Travis Kinley – Chief Geologist – Mr. Kinley has been with the Three Rivers Operating Company since 2011. From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Kinley served as Senior Geologist at Three Rivers I & II, primarily focusing on acquisitions and development, as well as new ventures in the Delaware and Midland Basins. Prior to joining Three Rivers, Mr. Kinley worked as a Geologist at XTO Energy from 2005 to 2011. During his time at XTO Energy, Mr. Kinley primarily focused on acquisitions and development in the Permian Basin, as well as the East TX-North LA region. Mr. Kinley holds a B.S. degree in Geology from the University of Wyoming, and a M.S. in Geology from Texas Christian University.
